The Carved Meat Section carves up roast striploin, honey glazed B.B.Q. ham, roasted lamb leg "Grand Mere" and condiments such as apple chutney, mint, bearnaise and roast potatoes. The highlight of the international buffet is the flambe section that numerous chefs are ready to prepare selected meats from beef tenderloin, pork steak, salmon, chicken breast to prawns and vegetables right in front of you [SEE VIDEO]. It is amazing to watch the expert preparation with high flames in the pan is served onto your plate. The international buffet also serves beautifully prepared dishes from around the world such as Mediterranean, Thai, Chinese, Latin and Western dishes such as Curried Lamb Cigars with Sour cream and chillie, Morrocan Salmon Fillet in Charmoula Butter on Yellow Bell Pepper Sauce, Marinated Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce, Cold Poached Mussel in Coriander Cream and more. The dessert selection are also abundance and delicious with freshly prepared crepe suzette served with ice cream [SEE VIDEO]. All bakery items are made fresh by the hotel's bakery. Highly festive decoration made from fruits and vegetables that adorn the buffet are carved by Montien Pattaya's team of national award winning carvers. There are both open-air and air-conditioned areas with a full bar and good wine selection.
